Dear Euston Foodbank Client,
We would like to let you know about an important change to our voucher system.
From the New Year, everyone using the foodbank will need to bring a foodbank voucher (also known as
an E voucher) when they come to collect food. This helps us make sure support goes to as many
people as possible, fairly and safely. You do not need a voucher if you are over 70 years old, or without a
fixed address.
Important rules about vouchers:
• Each voucher can only be used once
• Each voucher can only be used at one foodbank
This means the same voucher cannot be used more than once or at another foodbank.
Your information is safe – We do not share your information with the Home Office, the police, or the
Department for Work and Pensions (DWP).
Where can I get a voucher? You can get a foodbank voucher from any of the following places:
• St Pancras Church, Euston Road – Tuesdays, 10am–12pm
• St Pancras & Somers Town Living Centre – Mondays and Wednesdays, 10am-5pm
• HoHo (behind St Pancras Church) – Sundays, 11am–2pm
• St Aloysius Church, Phoenix Road – When Father is available

staff — we will not turn you away if you are in immediate need. Having a voucher helps us serve you
more quickly and ensures we can keep helping everyone who needs support. If you are unsure how to
get a voucher, please speak to a member of staff or volunteer and we will try to help.
With best wishes,
